Island flavours
Fresh seafood, local lamb, olive oil, and wine — bring ingredients home to the villa kitchen or dine out under the stars.
Lunar landscapes
Hike ridges, feel the bora wind, and watch the island shift from gold to violet at dusk — raw, quiet, and unforgettable.
Inside the villa
Open living, natural materials, and walls of glass frame the sea. Villa Pupa is built for together time — long breakfasts, lazy pool afternoons, and nights that run late because nobody wants to leave the terrace.
Sun-filled interiors and soft, natural palettes keep the focus on the view — and on each other.
Indoor-outdoor flow from kitchen to terrace makes hosting effortless, whether it is coffee or a full dinner service.
Premium finishes and generous square footage mean you arrive, unpack once, and settle in for the week.
Thoughtful lighting, quality beds, and fully equipped spaces so the villa feels like a real home — not a rental afterthought.
Pool, loungers, and dining al fresco — structured around sunrise coffees and golden-hour aperitivos.

Big tables, shared cooking, kids in the pool — the kind of unplanned joy that only a house this size allows.
Dip into Pag’s beaches and towns when you feel like it — then retreat to your own terrace before sunset.
Families and friends return for the views, the pool, and the calm — here is how they describe the stay.
We've rented several villas in Croatia, but this was a standout. The pool area is immaculate and gets the sun all day. We ended up canceling a couple of dinner reservations just to grill on the terrace and enjoy the sunset. The house itself is perfectly equipped, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave.
“Amazing views and very peaceful. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (even decent sharp knives!). Loved sitting out with our morning coffee.”
“The house was spotless and the host was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. We loved the short drive to the hidden beaches they suggested.”
“Great base for exploring Pag. The Wi-Fi was actually fast enough for a few work video calls, and the kids practically lived in the pool.”
